Objective: To enhance the efficiency of the Indian Agricultural Education System through Education Management and Academic Leadership

Pre Event Description :

The present programme provides an opportunity to share the experiences of different academic leaders to improve the leadership qualities of faculty. The programme will also provide practical knowledge and insights of effective academic leadership and management in education besides providing new ideas and skills for the development of professional growth and faculty development. The programme provides a platform for stakeholders to reflect upon the new directions, actions, choices, and strategies for implementation of strategies for enhancing the quality of agricultural education.
